Ms. Pratibha Dabhade Raysoni

Ms. Pratibha Dabhade Raysoni currently works as an Asst. Professor in Saint Dnyaneshwar B.Ed. College. She has 4 years’ experience in teaching B.Ed. students. She also works as a Coordinator for certificate courses at the IGNOU centre in the Kothrud campus. She is the Academic Research Coordinator.

She believes in the great thought of Albert Einstein, “Once you stop learning, you start dying.” Keeping this in mind, she has attended various orientation programs at Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). She was the topper in the 152nd orientation program. She has completed a certificate course on audio visual aids at MSCERT, Pune.

She has been actively involved in various regional, state level, national and international workshops in areas such as B.Ed. curriculum development, HIV & Aids, creative learning, ICT, urbanization and lake ecosystem, preparation and publication of research articles, and student welfare. She has presented 16 research papers in various national and international seminars and published 8 research papers.

She has attended a teacher training program, jointly conducted by MIT, Pearson and CFBT (a British trust). She has worked as a teacher trainer for ZP schools in Satara district, under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan. She also works in the B.Ed. Central Assessment Program and has shouldered responsibility as the CEO of B.Ed. examination under SPPU.

Apart from Ph.D, she is also pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in Higher Education from IGNOU. Her forte is school management, educational psychology, science education, biology, health, Yoga and physical education.


MIT enabled us to think intensively and critically. MIT gave us the key to unlock the golden door of freedom. It gave me strength when I was weak and gave me confidence to face the world. I always wanted to be a teacher and MIT helped me fulfill that dream.
