Mr. Sandip Gadilkar is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Saint Dnyaneshwar B.Ed. College. He has 16 years of teaching experience, which includes 12 years in B.Ed. colleges,04 years in D.Ted. college. Attended MICROSOFT Computer Training in 2007. Workshop on English Proficiency conducted by MIT School of Education for 6 days in 2008. Loksatta vachan Abhiyan national level seminar conducted at MIT School of Education Pune. Redefine Philosophy International level seminar conducted at MIT School of Education, Pune.
Worked as organizing committee member in Central Assessment Programme (B.Ed) University of Pune 2010. He has attended a teacher training program collaboratively conducted by MIT, Pearson, and CFBT (A British Trust), after that she has worked as a teacher trainer for ZP school teachers in Satara district under SSA (Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan) in the academic year 2012-13.
He has been actively involved in the various regional/state /national/International level workshops conducted in the areas- B.Ed. curriculum development
