Dr. Samadhan Nikumbh is a distinguished academic leader serving as the Principal of MAEER’s Saint Dnyaneshwar B.Ed. College, Alandi, Pune, with over 21+ years of extensive experience in teacher education and institutional development. He holds a Ph. D. in Education with a research focus on interactive teaching strategies and teacher trainees’ achievement. He has contributed significantly to curriculum design, assessment reforms, and faculty development across diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate levels. He has held diverse roles, including Associate Professor, Academic Administrator, Resource Person, Trainer, and Subject Expert, reflecting his versatile expertise. He has actively presented and published research at national and international platforms and serves as an Advisor to Authors Avenue Publication, Pune.

Beyond academia, he has contributed to media as a Radio Announcer with Akashwani Pune and as a creator of digital educational content. A multifaceted personality, he is also a lyricist, composer, voice-over artist, and actor in industrial, social and educational productions. Deeply committed to social responsibility and actively supports community-based initiatives.
